A Nice Stay with Touches of Luxury
We enjoyed our three-night escape in a pool-view room that was modern and thoughtfully equipped. The standout moment was the detox juice at breakfast, a refreshing way to start the day! Be sure to explore the spa during quieter hours for a relaxing experience.

Just a top selection for a whistle-stop in Lisbon with great value for money. The staff's attempt to make up for any issues with a complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated. Arrive on time for check-in. No early access allowed.

The sliding bathroom door is a bit of a laugh-only one side can be covered at a time, which doesn't make sense. The spa facilities, like the sauna and steam room, were out of order for my entire stay, disappointing. The location is quite a trek from main sights, requiring reliance on buses instead of the metro, which can be a hassle. Most frustrating was the pool area being in the shade post-2 PM. Not to mention, the restaurant gets crowded quickly and the dining area feels klutzy, causing slow service during peak hours.

The beautiful, modern interiors were a highlight, and the breakfast offerings were really good, with mouthwatering croissants and a variety of fresh options. Guests enjoyed the small but refreshing pool, and the staff were always attentive and friendly. The parking situation was challenging. The spa facilities were not available , disappointing. While the location is convenient for public transport, it's not as close to main attractions as expected.

I was blown away by how spacious our Double Room with City View felt, with an abundance of natural light flooding in. I loved the tropical shower experience. To top it off, the welcome drink and cooling towel upon arrival added that extra special touch to kick off our stay beautifully.
